Job Description

IT Security Manager

The successful candidate would be responsible to :

    * Design, develop and implement IT security policies across the QR Group. Also develop and implement an awareness program across the QR group for effective communication and awareness of these policies and also security treats and risks
    * Develop and implement an Information Security management system based on business critically and needs and also based on international standards like (ISO27001) by establishing standards, processes, tools and procedures for all aspects of an Information Security system
    * Develop and monitor a security verification and assurance program consisting of technical risk assessment , compliance review and also by carrying out periodic VA
    * Lead investigations on breach of Information Security policies and standards or any security compromise.
    * Ensure that security is in built into all IT services, processes and systems based on criticality of information systems and the business risk

Qualifications/ Requirements:



    * Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or relevant discipline from a recognized university
    * Total of at least 10 to 15 years of total IT experience out of which at least 3 years should be at a senior level in IT Security
    * Experience gained in both multinational and multi-cultural environments would be an added benefit.
    * Should have the following job specific skills :

·         Information Assurance

·         Data Protection

·         Business Risk Management

·         Knowledge of IT and Security Infrastructure
