You must have 3-5 years of business experience or previous executive level experience.
With good communication skills, should be approachable and able to relate to co-workers, guests and customers alike.
Must be proficient with computers and comfortable with using office equipment like fax machines, copiers, scanners and multi-line phone systems.
Must possess excellent organizational skills because you are essential to efficient office operations and be able to organize not only your own schedules, but also those of your managers.
Being able to multitask is a benefit.
