Reports to: Facility Manager

The Property Services Coordinator will be an integral part of the FM team responsible for delivering the highest level of services to mix use properties in Qatar. He/She will be in charge of ensuring that all services are well established, implemented and monitored to well-defined Key Performance Indicators.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist and Support the Facility Manager
• Delivery of occupant services and minor base building projects, by assigning work, creating work orders, and purchase orders
• Determining resources requirements for various work
• Assisting in the selection of contractors
• Monitoring contractors performance
• Monitoring budget, quality control and key performance indicators
• Interfacing with occupants
• Ensuring the Health and safety of occupants and visitors.
• Ensuring that work is performed without interfering with the daily operation of the buildings and.

Skills

• University or college degree from an accredited university or college and/or 2 years related experience in Property/Facility Management where high expectations are required.
• Excellent Communication Skills (English)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent Customer service skills
• Good technical and building systems and equipment understanding
• Good knowledge of risk management and mitigation
• Good knowledge of project management methodology
