Job Purpose: Ensures the quality of bakery processes and the manufacturing of PAUL's bread range according to the brand guideliness included in the Products Bible and in line with the Quality Freshness Cleanliness Service
Person:
- Contributes to stocking the bakery with food and other products and receives delivery of goods
- Helps in preparing, cooking and decorating the pre-cooked, raw, elaborated, frozen and shaped breads for according to the brand guidelines
- Takes the initiative and prompt actions to ensure the highest standards of functioning of the bakery
- Adopts the appropriate procedures required for effective functioning of the bakery
Experience:
- 1-2 years relevant experience in food preparation, preferably in the bakery setting
Qualifications: Strong knowledge of food preparation safety and hygiene standards
Competencies: Ability to work as part of the team.
