The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning and carrying out different marketing activities in order to develop and maintain awareness of Azadea's Brands and drive traffic to the stores. He/she will be in charge of enhancing and maintaining the corporate services.
- Maintains a commercial awareness of the relevant national/regional market sectors so that plans/campaigns can be adapted to ensure maximum commercial return
- Ensures that all marketing plans/campaigns comply with the overall marketing specifications set by brand owners so that a unified regional/global brand image is presented to consumers
- Develops and implements a timetable of events and promotions in support of a brand plan/campaign in order to maximize consumer brand awareness
- Develops and maintains good working relationships with external suppliers to ensure that the highest possible levels of service are received by Azadea
- Maintains awareness on best practice techniques and tools in the area of campaign management so that campaigns deliver defined levels of brand revenue, profitability and market share
- Liaises with Brand Managers, Country Managers, Franchisors and Media Suppliers to ensure proper planning, implementation and monitoring of the Marketing activities
- Monitors adherence to the detailed campaign work plan and takes corrective action as necessary so that all activities are completed within anticipated costs and timescales
- Ensures proper relationships with internal/external customers
- Develops and implements creative marketing strategies that will support the brand and drive traffic to the stores
- Follows-up on the marketing budget on a daily basis
- Delivers event programs to ensure that brand presence is maximized and strategic objectives are met
- 3-4 years experience in a similar field
- Sound conceptual/theoretical knowledge of key marketing and advertising principles
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in written & spoken EnglishComputer knowledge with experience in using MS office applications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent
